1. os, oracle 버전이 같다면 offline backup 받아서
그대로 copy 하시고 쓰시면 가능합니다.

2. control file 다시 생성 하셔야 합니다.
control file은 기존에 쓰던 디비꺼를 alter trace...로
떠오면 되구여...
