sntop 은 fping을 이용하여 네트워크를 모니터링 할 수 있다.
ntop의 복잡한 기능을 최소화 시켰다.
일단 아래의 사이트에서 sntop 을 다운 받자

ntop을 설치하기전에 fping 이 설치되어 있지 않으면 설치하기 바랍니다.
# rpm -qa | grep fping
# rpm -ivh fping-2.4b2-5.i686.rpm

그럼 sntop을 설치하겠습니다. 소스를 컴파일 하겠습니다..
# tar xvfz tar xvfz sntop-1.4.3.tar.gz
# ./configure
# make
# make install
컴파일이 끝났으면 이제 각자 환경에 맞게 설정파일을 수정하면 된다

-e, --wfile=file output html to instead of sntop.html

note, sntop will still try to read from
/usr/local/etc/sntoprc if fails
